Fabric Duct System

70% more affordable than metal ducts.

Metal Duct vs. Fabric Duct
Airflow Model: Optimal Air Distribution Design
Based on fluid dynamics, we design airflow models by adjusting laser hole size, quantity, rows, and direction, creating optimal airflow through the combination of these models.

MicroFlow™
Applications
Food processing plants, laboratories, offices, etc.
Air distribution via MicroFlow™ with a permeability of 200 m³/h/m² at 120 Pa static pressure. Isothermal conditions.
MicroFlow™ discharges cooled air through micro-laser holes ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 mm.

Applying MicroFlow™ allows cold air to be distributed slowly and evenly, diffusing it throughout the entire space. This facilitates effective ventilation by pushing warm air upward for exhaust.

MicroFlow™ creates an air layer outside the duct, preventing condensation from forming on the surface of the fabric duct.

WideFlow™
Applications
General workshops, logistics centers, factory floors, smart farms, data centers
Air distribution using WideFlow™ at 120 Pa static pressure
WideFlow™ is an airflow model that directs heated or cooled air in specific directions through a series of laser-cut holes on the duct surface.

WideFlow™ is designed to effectively mix supply air with indoor air.

The throw distance of WideFlow™ is determined by the static pressure inside the duct, as well as the size and spacing of the laser holes, achieving optimal air distribution through mechanical calculation.

DirectFlow™
Applications
General workspaces, swimming pools, or areas requiring heating
Air distribution using DirectFlow™ at 120 Pa static pressure
DirectFlow™ is an airflow model that increases air velocity and throw distance by enlarging the size of the laser-cut holes.

To create optimal airflow with DirectFlow™, factors such as static pressure, angle, quantity, direction, and layout must be considered.

DirectFlow™ allows for highly precise air delivery in specific directions.

JetFlow™
Applications
Large warehouses, exhibition halls, sports centers, etc.
Air distribution using JetFlow™ nozzles at 120 Pa static pressure
JetFlow™ is an airflow model that uses nozzles to generate high air velocity and long throw distances.

With JetFlow™, you can deliver heated air all the way to the floor, even from ceilings over 40m high.
